To prevent abuse of our licensing system - including multi-key usage, account sharing, and service bypasses - GameWarden collects specific identifiers. This data is used strictly for authentication and service integrity. We collect the minimum data required to operate the service and no more.
Collected via Discord OAuth during registration. Used to link your license to your account, verify your identity, and manage support access. We do not store your Discord password or access your messages.
Collected during setup. Used to verify ownership of the Roblox experience using the service and to scope your license to your specific game. This is not linked to your personal Roblox account.
Provided during purchase via our payment provider. Used for billing, license key delivery, and account recovery. We do not use your email for marketing without your explicit consent.
Payment details are processed and stored by our third-party payment provider. GameWarden does not store, handle, or have access to your full card number or banking details at any point.
GameWarden logs detection events within your game, including player identifiers flagged by the system. These logs are tied to your license and are accessible via your dashboard. They are used to support your ban management and for improving detection accuracy.
We are constantly evolving our detection methods to stay ahead of modern exploits. As part of this effort, GameWarden may collect anonymized game-state data to help train and improve our AI-driven detection models.
This data collection is entirely optional. Experience owners and developers may choose to opt in via their dashboard settings. It is disabled by default and will never be enabled without your explicit action.
When opted in, anonymized game-state snapshots may be collected, including movement data, velocity readings, and behavioral patterns. No personally identifiable player information is collected as part of this program.
This data is used solely to refine our behavioral detection logic and improve the accuracy of distinguishing between legitimate players and automated exploits. It is never sold or shared with third parties.
You may opt out at any time via your dashboard settings. Upon opting out, no further game-state data will be collected. Previously collected anonymized data may be retained as part of our training datasets but cannot be attributed back to your account.
Your data is used only for the purposes described in this policy. We do not use it for any purpose beyond operating and improving the GameWarden service.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal data to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or any other commercial entities under any circumstances.
Your data is used to authenticate your license, deliver the service, process payments, and provide support. Access is restricted to authorised GameWarden staff only.
Certain identifiers may be used to detect and prevent abuse of our licensing system, including account sharing, key reselling, and ban evasion. This is a core function of the service.
We may disclose your data if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such a request where legally permitted.
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to deliver the service or fulfil legal and security obligations.
Data associated with an active license is retained for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period after cancellation to support any outstanding queries or disputes.
If a license was revoked due to a Terms of Service violation, certain identifiers - including your Discord ID and Roblox Game ID - may be retained in a secure, hashed format to prevent future abuse of the service. This data cannot be used to identify you beyond its role in abuse prevention.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by opening a support ticket in our official Discord server. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that blacklist entries resulting from a terms violation may be retained as described above.
As GameWarden operates within the Roblox ecosystem, we adhere to the data privacy standards set by the Roblox platform in addition to our own policy.
We encourage all users and developers to remain familiar with the Roblox Privacy Policy. Our data practices are designed to be compatible with Roblox's requirements, and we will update our practices if Roblox's standards change in ways that affect our service.
GameWarden may process Roblox player identifiers as part of its detection and ban management functionality. This data is tied to your license and used solely for the operation of the anti-cheat system within your experience. We do not use player data for any purpose outside of this scope.
You have the following rights regarding your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, open a support ticket in our official Discord server.
You may request a summary of the personal data we hold about you at any time.
You may request that your personal data be deleted from our active records. As noted in the Data Retention section, certain hashed identifiers may be retained for abuse prevention purposes where a terms violation occurred.
If you believe any data we hold about you is inaccurate, you may request that it be corrected.
Where data collection is based on your consent - such as the AI research opt-in - you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users of significant changes via our official Discord server. However, it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
Your continued use of GameWarden after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised policy, you must stop using the service and cancel your subscription.
