Collaborators

Shared workspace access

Invite teammates to your workspace or open someone else’s. Only PRO or MAX owners can add collaborators. Invitees sign in with Discord and should link Roblox under My Account first.

Who can be added

Owner control: only the workspace owner can add or remove people on the list below.
Website roles: assign Helper, Mod, Admin, or Developer per person. That controls MyGW tabs and sensitive actions; the same role appears under Admin-X Staff (Workspace) for alignment with in-game ranks.
Discord: they need a GameWarden account (sign in at least once).
Roblox: they must link Roblox in My Account before you add them. If they unlink later, shared access pauses until they link again.

You can change someone’s role anytime in the list below. Higher roles unlock more MyGW areas (keys, Admin-X config, Anticheat Core, My Bot).

After saving, refresh the dashboard (top bar) or wait for auto-refresh. Only the owner can remove you from their list.

Settings

Owners keep full control of the collaborator list; invited users never get owner-only billing or key generation on your account through this feature.
Roles: Helper (read-mostly), Mod (records, webhooks, live servers), Admin (keys & child places), Developer (Admin-X / Anticheat / My Bot). The same names appear under Admin-X staff as Workspace when they are not duplicated in the manual web list.
Collaborators act inside MyGW with their own Discord login when a workspace is selected.
Clear shared access with “My dashboard only”, or ask the owner to remove you.

Role permissions (owner only)

Choose exactly what each role can access on the website (MyGW). Developer is always full access and cannot be restricted.

GW Customers Only You need an active GameWarden license key to access Records.

Records

Search banned players. Switch between your game and the global GW network.

Global mode - viewing bans across the entire GW network. Notes and unban actions are restricted to GW website admins in this mode.

Ban a Player

Syncs to live servers within ~5s (MAX), ~30s (PRO/BASE) via APIService on next heartbeat.

PRO or MAX required

Staff management (helpers, mods, admins, and developers for this game) needs an upgraded license. PRO includes up to 10 staff per game; MAX is unlimited.

Pick someone from your linked Discord server. They must have signed in to GameWarden and linked Roblox on My Account before you can add them as in-game Admin-X staff.

Reference for every in-game Admin-X chat command that can be toggled on the Settings tab. Minimum rank is what the experience grants by default; your dashboard can further restrict commands per role. Aliases k, b, frz, flg map to kick, ban, freeze, and flag.

Overrides the webhook in ACSettings at runtime. Used for ban and detection alerts.

In-game permissions

Each role uses your experience’s rank defaults (Helper is limited, Mod/Admin step up, Developer is broad) until you change something here. Toggles you turn off add extra blocks from the website on top of those defaults. If you never save, or you only leave everything on, behavior matches the place script - not this page. Click Save Settings after editing to push to live servers (next sync). Chat aliases k, b, frz, flg share toggles with kick, ban, freeze, flag.

Fun / troll command pack Off by default
